Applying for GTIN exemption

I’m trying to dropship clothing via Printful and I’m working on getting this GTIN exemption. When I’m on the “Selling Application for Catalog Authorization” tab. Do I add all clothing categories or only those related to the image I’m posting at that moment? So instead of adding T shirts, Hats, etc… I would only add items relating to Hoodies and Sweaters??
