How to refine keyword bids to exclude broad searches.

Hey there! Let’s say I am bidding on the keyword “dental floss” and I’m gettting sales, but only when people search for “Mint dental floss” or “dental floss mint” but no sales when people search for “Dental floss” (without including ‘mint’)

How do I tweak my campaign now to eliminate all searches that don’t include the word ‘mint’? Thanks in advance.
