Brand approval, selling on Amazon.

Hello I’m new to the E commerce thing. I am trying to list my item for sale. I have the gtin, it’s asking me to upload a picture of my logo on a product.

I’m selling 3lb grain bags for mushroom cultivation. I’m Sending them a picture of my product with labels on them. It’s not getting approved. Does it have to be boxed? I’m not sure if I understand their requirements. Also I’m sending a picture of something else just to get approved. I’m confused.
