I just recieved 2 intellectual property complaints

Both from the same people for 2 different types of facemask I was selling as FBM. The reason behind this complaint is “counterfeit without a test buy” what does this mean? I have the receipts for the masks. Do I have to just provide proof of the masks? I’m confused since when signing the masks it says I’m eligible to sell them.
