Re-verification error

Oh no! I was asked to re verify my account this week. They wanted all my info,-drivers license, EIN, and bank statement. I filled it all out and double checked all the numbers, but I misspelled my last name! Instead of Ossim, I put Osim. I can not find anyway to go back and edit. Am I screwed?
