Bulk upload of products. To bulk or not to bulk

Hey guys,

New Amazon seller here. I am product matching a bunch of products (roughly 3000). Considering you still need to find the ASIN for every product I’m not sure it will be quicker using the provided spreadsheet Amazon give you?

Any suggestions or just go at it by hand. Also does any of the Shopify plugins allow you to send your products to Amazon using the product match feature ?
