Small and light enrollment

I have a couple questions Can I claim back on all the stuff I’ve sold ? After I enroll I product does it automatically adjust it when I scan products to calculate the profit? Can I enroll a product before adding it to my inventory/I’ve sold it ? Is there a limit to how many product I can enroll? Can I enroll categories or does it have to be individual items ?
