Is there a dedicated “Seller Central Account Rep”?

Not talking about the usual levels of seller support that help you out with issues via the solutions tree. I want to know if there are people working at seller support that you can form professional relationships with who are black belts at the inner workings of seller central that can handle tough issues as if they were spreading melted butter on warm bread.

I’ve been dealing with a branding issue for several weeks now and nobody at the standard seller support levels has been able to help me. There have got to be gurus working at Amazon who don’t work from a script… or am I just a delusional wishful thinker? Any and all knowledge on this inquiry is greatly appreciated.
