Amazon Account Deactivated

My amazon account of 2 years got deactivated all of a sudden. They say it is because of Inserts in Packaging which is a Policy Violation. They did not give me any option or advice about appealing on the email. I still have the option to appeal but seller support says appealing will probably not help. What can I do? Has anyone gotten out of this situation ever?
