Someone contacted me through buyer messages about wholesale

Someone contacted me through buyer messages about selling wholesale to them for their retail store. Some questions-

1) If Amazon finds out, how screwed will I be? Luckily they sent their email address, so I can contact by email and then mark as no reply needed. Seems like it would be safe then, right?

2) I haven’t sold off Amazon yet, but the product they contacted about would be a good one for it and selling to retail is part of my long term goals. It’s a custom product, so technically no one else has it. The packaging is decent for retail though I may want to consider some additional labeling.

3) Not sure how to price so I was thinking of inquiring first about the volume they’re interested in. The COGS are about $2 for an Amazon price of $10-14 (one color is cheaper). I also could arrange custom colors for them if they wanted (the buyer mentioned about colors). I’m thinking a price of $6-8 depending on volume would make sense. Would I include shipping in that?
