Here we go again.
At the end of January I lost buybox eligibility 3 times. Each time was about a week after getting it back. First time was for a day then 4 days and then 11 miserable days. Eventually case was escalated and they did an investigation on all of my asins and came back saying that they determined I was eligible. Then about a week ago everything was going just fine and I noticed my account health rating went from 260 to 254. Which was very strange. I have read multiple different places and even someone from amazon seller forums that works for amazon said for every 200 orders you get in 180 days your score should be affected. Before my score had dropped it had been 260 for months. Which makes no sense since in the last 180 days I had sold more than 5000 units. The day my score dropped, the 3 old policy violations I had also came off my account. You would think that would have brought my score up and not down. And even if there was a reason it went down, that it would have also gone up for the violations being taken off and currently having no violations.
What ever right, what can I do about it? So after messaging seller support and getting generic answers I decided to let it go and hopefully it will resolve itself. We’ll that hasn’t happened. Then 2 days ago my eligibility went away AGAIN, oh and not for all of my listings but just 90% of them. If my account legitimately wasn’t eligible for some reason then all of my listings wouldn’t be eligible. Not just a certain category. Is anyone else dealing with this right now?
Account feedback 95% ODR is at 0% Valid tracking rate is at 100% Late shipment for last 10 days is at 0% and for the last 30 days is at 0.3% (Below the threshold) Pre-fullfillment cancelation rate is at 0% And I currently have 0 violations No active A to Z claims and no current chargeback claims.
This is beyond frustrating.
