First time customer about how many times I can exchange item

I’m from overseas and is hoping that I would get a fresh product since it is listed as new by the time I ordered it. So here’s the question

Can I exchange the item 4 times if ever I’m not satisfied and if still it’s a bad exchange will I be still able to get a full refund?
