Unable to access primary Seller Central login
Our primary Seller Central account login is under an old employees email address, which we have access to. However – the OTP goes to their phone number which we do not have access to. So our only way into the account is through employees with secondary access.
We want to open a ticket to start the account recovery process…but they will likely ask for a government issued ID that matches the name on the account. We are not sure what the name is on the account however (the primary user info was switched a couple of times in the past) – so we don’t want to submit the wrong ID and then our account be deactivated. Or – if we are unable to submit the ID because of this employee leaving…we’re not sure what our next steps would be to recover primary access to the account.
