Amazon seller account deactivated- what to do?

I have an amazon seller account with my LLC, which I have not started yet. But I wanted to start soon and logged in to my LLC account last week. I saw that my account was deactivated and showing notice that I have another account with some another llc which is not true.

I submitted the documents like my LLC’s article of incorporation but I was told that I need to show that I don’t have connections with the other llc.

How can I prove that I don’t have any other llc? Amazon verified my account in the beginning where they saw my llc bank account and it was successfully verified!

Help!
