How to create 2 variation themes on an Amazon flat file?

I’m completing my first flat file to create a new parent listing. At the moment I have parents with 2 variations (created a while ago using the listing wizard) but I can’t find a way to create this using the flat file as there is only one variation theme. Can anyone offer any advice on how to do this please?
