Three questions!! Please answer(:

1: Is it worth getting an LLC? I completely understand that you’re covered in any legal action and it will be your business entity that gets sued. But how often do amazon sellers get sued?

2: Patents. The chair is technically patented but you can sell chairs on amazon. How come certain patented things are okay to sell but others aren’t?

3: Do you only set up a listing for your item AFTER amazon receives your load of items? However the problem with that is that amazon can take down your listing in the first couple days if it goes against guidelines or something. Which means people can put in orders which wouldn’t be good as you have not even shipped your product from the manufacturer to the amazon warehouse.
