Video verification appointment cancelled without notice??

Hello. I had a seller video verification appointment last week. I joined an the associate didnt show up which was super annoying. I scheduled a new one for tomorrow. and i just got an email saying the following:

“We could not complete your identity verification because the video call scheduled for the 13 June 2023 at 15:40 Central Daylight Time was either canceled by you, or canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances. To complete the verification process, you will have to join another video call appointment.”

when i go to my seller account verification page i get the following: Video Call Verification

You are not required to complete video call verification at this time. Once our Seller Identity Verification team verifies your details, we will reach out with instructions on the next step in the registration process.

im pretty lost at this point. I’ve already done my address verification with the post card and I know my documents are all correct. Any help is appreciated as im quite stuck. I’ve already contacted amazon support but they seem to be rather unhelpful.
