I have 95 units at amazon that have a defective part. Each unit has 2 of this part so that’s 190. Do I need to ship all of these back to me, unpack, replace the part, repack, and ship back to amazon OR, can I just include the 2 new parts as a bundled item?
(The customer can do the replacement easily in less than 5 seconds.)
