Mexico and Canada marketplaces there since the beginning. Don’t want them

From the very creation of my account there has been both Canada and Mexico marketplaces in addition to my US one. How can I get rid of them? I do not want to be shipping to either place.

I am doing FBM, but am still waiting for my product. Once I have inventory I assume, as of right now, it could sell to any of the three markets.

How can I prevent that?
