So where does one go, when Account Health says that there appears to be “no path forward” for this account, and I just want to close it, completely and permanently?
All products have been deleted from my inventory. My Account Health Page shows 0 issues. I’ve had two 30 minute phone conversations where Account Health representatives keep digging only to come back with, “Maybe try this” or “The account is deactivated, but the reason is apparently top secret.”. I think the last comment was sort of a joke, but half true.
