Buying from Woot for resale?

According to Amazon Prime T&C, you can’t “use Prime benefits” to purchase items for resale. Does that mean you can’t purchase from Woot (they give free shipping on Prime), or is that separate?

Prime members are not permitted to purchase products for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using Prime benefits.

Follow up — are you allowed to purchase from Amazon without using Prime and resell on Amazon? TIA
