I don’t know why I’m getting orders pending when I have zero available and zero reserved. It says “active”. Doesn’t it suppose to say “out of stock/inactive”? Do I need to message amazon help? There’s is no option for me to change status from active to inactive. But the amazon ship date is a month from now on according to the order status. So how does amazon predict the shipment date when my products are “inbound” status? That makes still active status and continue to sell to the customers?
