You should start using Veeqo for FBM
Last year Amazon made Veeqo, its version of ShipStation or Shipito, free. One benefit of Veeqo is that using it to buy postage for Amazon FBM orders provides the same A-Z protection as doing so through Buy Shipping. This means that if you have a UPS or FedEx account with discounts that are better than the rates on Buy Shipping, you can ship with the better rate and still be protected from A-Z claims.
This is the case for one of my UPS accounts. While Buy Shipping supports connecting your own carrier account, I have not done so because of Amazon’s occasional extra discounts (price appearing in red) on UPS rates. By connecting the UPS account to Veeqo I can use it to price a shipment with my own UPS account, compare it with the rate I get at Buy Shipping, and ship with the cheaper method.
Veeqo has limitations that keep me on ShipStation for most orders, but the above arrangement has already saved me money for FBM. If Veeqo gets more features, I may be able to move to it from ShipStation and saving $30 a month.
PS – Veeqo also offers multichannel inventory sync. I don’t use it because Sellbrite handles that (and listing creation/editing, which Veeqo doesn’t do), but if you sell on more than one market and don’t have automated inventory sync, that alone may be a reason for using Veeqo instead of your current shipping solution.
