How to report a dodgy seller to Amazon ?

This seller is selling chocolate on Amazon UK and advertising free delivery then charging £19.99 delivery with no option of free delivery at checkout. Luckily I always add my items to my basket then checkout instead of using buy now, however I can see so many people beeing fooled by seeing free delivery and pressing buy now then getting charged £19.99 delivery.
