How much do you normally take home?

I just listed my first product on Amazon. I’m selling FBA some products I bought from Alibaba. I’m selling 2 different products that run about $20 a piece. My net proceeds are only about $5.00. Is this normal or is there a chance I messed something up on the listing? The product isn’t very heavy and doesn’t take up much space. I read online that Amazon normally takes around 50%. I think that’s much more than 50%z
