Where do you go to hire gig/temporary help with Amazon?

I am skeptical about finding someone useful on Fiverr and I don’t know if Upwork would be the better place to go.

Occasionally I have small issues with Amazon and seller support is either useless or makes things worse.

For instance, somehow I created a listing for a button-down shirt with sizes Small-4XL and instead of a parent listing with 7 children, I just created 7 standalone listings with identical content. I tried using the variation wizard to create a spreadsheet where I could create a parent ASIN and move the children into that but received various errors. When I opened a support ticket they were like “Yeah, you need to use a spreadsheet” to which I had to repeatedly reply that something was missing from the spreadsheet and I don’t know why something I’ve been using for years is now not working for me. They couldn’t help.

So I’d love to hit someone up who could either fix my spreadsheet or create one from scratch that I can keep as a template to work off of for other products in the future. I don’t need someone 40 hours a week but an occasional odd job like this would be handy.

Do any of you guys have odd jobs like this and where do you go?
