How do you send pallets to FBA? With or without the amazon label?

We sent a few products to amazon in different pallets via LTL, but it was rejected because the label scan did not match anything on their catalog. The FBA system kind of forces us to use the master carton label to use it on each product when one box contains a single product. Is it possible to send only pallet labels and the products with only the upc to be scanned and not master carton or box labels that amazon provides in the system?

Edit: we usually send big single products with the 1 product case label and they are always accepted. But I dont know if its best to send the products without the case or master carton label if they are all ready for sale as they are.
