Another seller using my business address as their return address

The items sent to me range from workout bands to shocks for some kind of bike. They’re from different Amazon accounts but it’s the same company running them. I’m worried if this will affect my selling account in any way since I’m fairly new, but I don’t see how it should. Hoping to hear if anyone knows anything I’m missing or should I be fine and just be happy to receive random gifts every few days? Thanks in advance guys and gals
