What does this mean. Help!

I am a new seller. I sold one book. Amazon claims to have paid me. I didn’t get paid. On my account right now it shows under the balance, an amount in blue. Then in reserve, it shows a negative amount in red. I’ve tried to reach out to them through a trouble ticket but they’re not addressing my specific account. They’re just sending me articles about their rules. The way I see it if there’s a negative amount in reserve – where is my payment!
