Any such thing as an Amazon Seminar or one on one seller support?

I’ve got a large store with thousands of items, and trying to nail down multiple questions many of which I can’t seem to find the answers to. I also have my own website that takes up most of my time, so don’t have a ton of time to read through lengthy help guides that end up not answering my questions.

Does anyone know if there are seller seminars or possibly dedicated companies that will help with optimization and/or configuring all of my listings? My questions involve mostly inventory aspects including API best uses so it’s not very mainstream.
