Amazon Private Label

Hi there, I am currently a few months in on my Amazon FBA journey and am on the process of switching to Amazon Private Label, Is there anyone here who has done private label who can just share how they did their ad campaigns, it’s so expensive especially when starting out, i just want to know someone’s success journey in amazon private label and how they made sure their Landed Cost + Fees + Ad campaign cost > selling cost . And what type of ad they did , I would greatly appreciate it if someone private messaged me or shared their story under this thread about their Amazon Private Label journey, the beginnings of it and how they grew it and how long it took them to break even etc.
