Fighting a Stolen IP (from a Chinese seller)

Hi Everyone!

For context I just created an Amazon seller account, and was about to create my first listing with FBA.

I primarily sell my products on Etsy, and recently noticed that an Amazon seller from China has taken my idea, and made an identical product to the one l’ve been selling on Etsy for the last 11 months.

Has anyone had success in contacting Amazon due to IP infringement?

It’s unfortunate since this seller JUST started selling last month and I’ve seen “700+ sales in the last month” on the account.

Any advice on how to combat this would be incredible.

I plan on putting my first product on Amazon soon, but don’t want this seller to show up next to mine, considering my took my exact idea, photos, etc.
