Shipment missing tracking IDs
Hello all! I have a question about shipments. I made a mistake when creating the shipment plan ad chose the wrong carrier. Now if I input the tracking ID in it says the system does not recognize the ID. I know one of the cartons has been delivered and the system still says ready to ship at this point since I didn’t provide the tracking. What should I do?
