Account deactivated despite zero violations

I have never sold on the account before and only recently set it up but it is still saying it is deactivated. I have tried going through all the ID verification steps which seemed to go through fine but it still says the account is deactivated and gives no reason as to why.

When I did the ID verification it didn’t ask me to do a video verification which seems a little strange.

Any ideas what might be wrong?
