Solving UPC Mix-up Issue

We are having an issue with UPC’s in our seller account that we can’t seem to resolve. We sell on Amazon both as a vendor and a seller.
We uploaded 12 new products to our Vendor account, got our ASINs as normal. We then realised that the UPC’s were wrong on the upload form so each of the 12 products had been uploaded with one of the other UPC’s from the 12. We managed to get this changed through the case system and the correct UPC’s now show in our catalogue on Vendor Central.
Our Seller Central account is where the issue comes in. It seems like it’s got mixed up in the background somewhere because these 12 products now have 2 UPC’s associated to them (the incorrect one and the correct one), which is stopping us from being able to send them in to FBA as the duplicate UPC comes up as an error during Step 1 of the shipment workflow. The UPC shown during this shipment stage is the incorrect one, however in the edit listing section on Seller Central the correct UPC is displayed but has the incorrect one above it (which I believe shows what is currently live?)
It just seems like a huge mess and we have not been able to get any help from the dozens of support cases we have opened about it. We have also tried through Brand Registry as our selling account is set up as a Rights Owner. Any ideas of how we can fix this?
