Even after I am approved to sell certain brand books, when I try to list it doesn’t give me an option to list– it just tells me I can’t sell refurbished books

For example, I’ve been approved to sell Pearson textbooks in new/used. I want to list a used textbook. When I click “sell my copy,” it doesn’t take me to a listing page, it takes me to a white page that just mentions that I’m not approved to sell refurbished and they aren’t taking applications at this time. However, it also confirms I am approved to sell new/used.

How do I actually list a book under a brand I’ve been approved for? Is there a special process?
