Different pictures per country

Hey guys!

I’m doing research for one company and I’m seeing one product which has different pictures in italian and german amazon marketplace.

As far as I know, you can’t make different images in amazon european marketplaces, i.e. if you upload images in one country they will update for all other countries.

Is this as usual some amazon error for this particular asin or there’s way to add different pictures for different countries for the same ASIN??
