ASIN Highjacking

Three not one amazon sellers have highjacked my ASIN and listing. On Amazon US for about a week. They are all newly launched from China. I did not authorize anyone else to sell my ASIN / product I have been selling on Amazon since 2019. My ASIN highjacked has been listed since 2021 under my brand and amazon store page. They are selling under my brand name and using my photos, etc. I now have to fight back with the buy box and am losing a lot of sales. I’ve reported the abuse to violation team and done the repot. My trademark is in Canada so they told me brand infringement will not work for the US.

Any suggestions?
