Amazon keywords

So my listing is on usa store and uae store on the uae store it ranks for the keywords in the usa store it does not show for any on any page I scanned all of them.

It does show when I’m very specific title in and it does show up.

Its a new product on usa store using fba and stock is about 60% is in FC the rest is reserved each day more is in FC.

So when does amazon take a look at the keyword? Does stock levels in FC matter?
