First Product not doing well – thinking of doing a bundle

I launched my first product December, and it’s March when I started running PPC.

Sales is so-so, margins is negative. ACOS is high. I’m also getting a lot of returns.

My product basically looks like everyone else, nothing special. There are also competitors coming in which offers lower price. Most of them are from China.

To save my product, I’m thinking of making a bundle. At first, I want to do a Virtual Bundle, however, it won’t work as my products have variations so I’m going for a physical bundle.

Do you think this is a good choice?

My product is an insert that can be used for foot conditions and the additional product I’m thinking of is a 100cm tape – to provide grip for my insert OR a small product that is also helpful for these people.
