Seriously, has anyone been able to get support help?

As the title states, I’m starting to think that Amazon no longer allows support to help sellers. Has anyone actually received any sort of actual help to resolve problems in the last year? Occasionally, I will get information that allows me to fix the issue myself but most of the time it is a useless form response.
