Can’t Sign Up for individual plan

I tried making an individual account at first, and accidentally started signing up for the paid plan. I contacted support and they said either finish signing up and they’ll later refund the $40, or use a different email.

I’ve been trying to use a different email, but even when I click individual seller, it’s still telling me that I need a credit card. I only have a debit card, so I don’t think the refund route would be an option. Any help?
