How long until account health increases?

I’m a new seller, just got my first couple products listed one week ago and have one unit sold. I have competitive price and am FBA, but getting only about 1-2% of buy box share amongst the ~5 sellers. I figure this is due to having a new account. Account health is 200, which is minimum for “healthy.” Is there anything I can do to get more buy box share and better account health or is it just going to take some time as a new seller? Thanks!
