Am I my own roadblock for my company?

I am hitting a slump in Amazon. I have hit over $500K with 2 Amazon Stores (I sold one) and that is where I hit a bottleneck, the business hit a big year and then can’t grow to the $1 million mark. This brings up one main question: Am I the right guy for my Company? I was Owner and Operator for both, I have set up what I think is a basic team and things go good for a year or two, and then things plateau. I question if I am the vision but not the best to execute the daily, weekly, and monthly actions. When or how do you decide to step aside? That and then the next big question, who takes over and how to find that ONE person? These are the things that plague me.
