I get a lot of A to Z claim requests, should I be worried?
I am in the process of pulling back offers for products that seem to get a lot of A to Z claims. I make sure all my customers messages get answered quickly and am liberal with refunds and try to always provide great customer servicew, yet I still get quite a bit of A to Z claims.
Should I be worried? It doesn’t seem like these impact my account. Account health is very good, and all other KPIs are below tolerance thresholds.
