Evil standard shipping

Has anyone used this option over the drop off? I’ve printer off the shipping label etc but when I take it too the shop it doesn’t work on their tablet/device. I was told to try the printer and that doesn’t work since I never got a qr code. Have I just to leave the parcel with them ? And the driver scans it?
