New seller needing assistance
My seller account was deactivated due to Amazon claiming that I own a different account, which I do not own. Now I’m being asked to provide evidence, but I’m unsure how I’m supposed to provide evidence of an account I do not or have ever owned. The only way I can think of how this error came to be was from being connected to a public Wi-Fi while sourcing inventory while someone else was also sourcing inventory. I’ve never been hacked or had my personal information compromised so if anyone could be of any assistance it would be greatly appreciated.
