What do you do when a product Fails?

I thinking I’m coming to the conclusion that my Amazon Product may be a failure. I’m not giving up, but I think I am going regroup. I just think keeping my product up on Amazon will just bleed me dry. I actually have two products up that haven’t sold for 8 weeks. The two products are different but very similar. I’m not sure I’m being rash, but my gut is telling me it may be time to call it. I’ve learned a lot, but still have a ways to go. I may regroup and look into wholesales, rather than sell my unique product. What do you do with your product that’s been sitting in a store for awhile?
