Is there a phone number I can call?
I’m at my wits end.
I’m trying to add my first items and dealing with Amazon Case logs is driving me crazy. I have UPC codes I got from GS1, I have photos and filled out all the information. But, I can’t seem to get my UPC codes to get accepted. On one item it was accepted, but now I can’t find my product and the other UPC code for the second item isn’t being recognized. I know it’s a very simple answer because there are so many sellers on there, but getting cut and paste answers from Customer support over email isn’t productive because I’ve had to enter the same information so many times to confirm the same data.
Anyway, I’ve about had it – is there a phone number for Amazon support I can call? I feel like this is a problem that could be solved very quickly if we just got on the phone and talked it out.
