100% Problem rate because of missing Tracking Number
Hey Guys,
I am a new Seller and just got my first product to FBA. I didn’t know you have to put in the tracking information for the shipment when sending products to amazon and since this is currently my only shipment to amazon i now have 100% problem rate on “shipment performance”.
I know that this is my fault, but this influences my seller account negative an i wonder if there is any possibility to reduce this problem rate afterwards ?
Would appreciate any help or advice 🙂
